This letter must be submitted to GOCF before an RFP proposal can be submitted. A new domestic violence shelter program is any shelter program within the state of Georgia who is not currently receiving shelter funding from GOCF. The Pre-Qualification Letter is due by 5:00 p.m. on February 15, 2013.
