National Liquor Law Enforcement Association (NLLEA)

Underage Drinking Enforcement Center

The Underage Drinking Enforcement Center was created by the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in order to support its Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Program. UDETC's purpose is to create healthier and safer environments in which States, local communities, and Federal entities engage in environmental prevention and enforcement practices that proactively and effectively limit youth access to alcohol and significantly reduce harmful consequences associated with alcohol use by underage youth.
